About Us
BEYAZAY KALIP was founded to service in plastic injection sector in 1983 by Hasan ve Şakir Beyazay.
* 1983-2000 For automotive sector, molds were started to be produce. First of all, it started CNC aided mould manufacturing in 1996.
* 2000-2003 Milling capacity was increased from 650x400mm to 1250x750mm and established CAD-CAM department.
* 2003-2006 In order to reply sector’s need quickly, High Speed CNC was added to machine track.
* 2006-2008 After observing sector’s needs, it commissioned CNC Wire EDM and certified its quality management with ISO 9001:2008 by TUV-CERT. It carried its quality one step ahead.
* 2008-2009 As a result of its R&D research, it expanded its capacity by founding its cable grouping department.
* 2010-2011 Super graphite CNC EDM, 2 CNC vertical machining center and CMM added to machine track.
* 2013-2014 “Beyazay Kalıp“ moved its current location which has 1500 m² working area. One more CNC vertical machining center has added to machine track. And milling capacity has increased from 1250x750 mm to 1600x1400 mm.
* 2015-2016 For increasing the capacity of the milling, 1 more CNC vertical machining center has added to machine track.
* 2016-2018 We add 3 injection machines for try outs of the molds and serial productions.
* 2019 According to customers’ needs, we increased our machine capability with 5 axes milling machine.
* 2021 One more 3 axis CNC vertical milling center has added to our machine track.
* 2021 With the investment of new CMM, capability has increased to 1000 x 900mm with new investment.
* 2022 With the investment of new IMM, we can make the tryouts’ of the tools up to 650T in our plant.
* 2022 Two more 3 axis CNC vertical milling centers has added to our machine track.
* 2023 With the investment of new EDM machine, capability has increased to 1900 x 1100mm.
* 2023 will be an extra special year for us as we celebrated 40th successful years of being in business.
* 2024 With the investment of CNC vertical milling center, our electrode milling capacity has became 24.000 rpm.
* 2024 One more 3 axis CNC vertical milling center has added to our machine track.
